Free shipping over £80 on all orders.

Available from the UK to 10 countries - Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, with more countries to come soon.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom fee may sometimes occur for your order. LUXELUMY does not cover any duties, taxes or handling fees which may be applied by your local customs authorities. We will not be able to offer a refund, should the package be rejected by the customer due to customs reasons.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We will dispatch your order within 2-5 business days after receiving it. For pre-order items, please refer to the shipping timeframe specified on the product page.

It normally takes up to 3 business days to deliver UK orders and 5-7 business days for international orders.
